Its Official! GIAC Chip in two weeks!
When was more power ever a bad thing? So if more power is a bad thing then I would get "used to" a Porsche Turbo? I have to admit I've been riding my GSXR-600 for three years, with over 15k miles on it and the power still amazes me. It is definitely just a matter of perception and awareness.

Its a proven phenomenom most people get use 2 high speeds, not everyone but most. Drive 80 mph on the highway for a couple of hours then go on an empty 25mph road for a lil bit without lookin at the speedometer and it will be apparent. Hell,i find my 600 cc sport tourer slow, and my track only 750 so so. Even my V-twin superbike feels like a slug after riding around for an hour on any of my buddies I4 liters. The 600 does a 11 flat quarter mile and will beat any ferrari, lamorgini or exotic in the quarter but because i ride it every day feels slow. My V-twin runs a 10.4 quarter and feels like a slug compared to a 9.8 second Gixxer 1000. Speed is relative. At some point its like WTF do i need all this power for, then u hit the throttle and the speedo becomes a blur and it all makes sense.[8D]
