yea this will work. weve all seen it. but IMO BOVs are crap. go with a good DV.

 

Would a good DV give me that sound when im switching gears?


BTW does anyone have clips of an a4 2002-2005 actually having the bov and how it sounds?

 

IF you have an intake or open air filter of some sort with a DV you would get a little noise. Exhaust Thermal r&d, milltek if you wanna spend money.

Deff dont get a BOV I accidently forgot to hook up the recirc side when i had it off to install my fmic, and i went to drive the car and it ran like ****

 

The thing is i want that noise for when im switching gears.... And i want it loud. What exactly should i get...??

I will post some pix soon of my car in the shop. Had to buy a new Secondary Air Pump today and a splashe shield for passenger side... BTW bought new cluster and it has to be reprogrammed so i dont know, i might sell it. If any body needs it let me know. Also where can i get a Passenger side Fog light... for a good price? I will probably stick projectors in it.

 

The noise is a blow off valve. Blow off valves are not good for our cars.

rather than starting off with noise, why don't you make sure that your car will run well.

Not sure the number of miles, but swap out all the fluids, change your filters, save up for your timing belt change, then worry about mods.

 

BOV isnt good for our cars! get a DV. Loose the shitty body kit and paint your lowers to match the car color! get some decent wheels and go after some performance mods.

if u want the sound then find a clip of it on line... burn it onto a cd and play it very loud every time u shift
