Hi everyone,

I just bought a 1999 Audi A4 1.8T Quattro, and yesterday I got my plates so I drove it today and love it! I actually had a 97 Eclipse GS-T before, and although the A4 isn't as fast it's still a better car... right??

Anyway, just wanted to introduce myself and become part of this great Audi community. Getting a totally different brand of car is like entering a new family, kinda, (don't wanna sound weird) and I'm still amazed that I actually own an Audi! (even though it's not a 2005 new one like some people have here)

nice,same ride as me. is it a 99 or 99.5

 

Ah that's actually a question I have been wondering about. How can I find out? Would it say 1999.5 in the owner's manual, or should I look for some body change or whatever? I want to know, but don't know what to look for!

 

dose it have a blue tint in ur side mirrirs, do u have one piece headlights or two

there were alot of cosmetic changes to the 99.5, here are the major differences...

mine has blue tint in the mirrors, but everything else is 99.
