just bought a chipped apr ecu off ebay for 475!!!
dont get that ebay dv. looks cheap and fake, never heard of a bosch made from billet and with adjustable springs. get a real one. forge, apr, baileys, etc...yes you can run a BOV, 004 is my personal recommendation, and yes that ecu will work for your car.
kinda late man... i already got the DV... I was looking at the reviews that the got from it and everyone seemed happy... I guess im gona have to guinea pig it out....
Whats this that i read about spacing ur spark plugs and what not... do i have to do that to mine after being chipped?
thanks

isnt the APR programming itself only $499 or is that b6s only? mine was $499 for their 1+ program

actually its 400 for the b5's, but that's just the chip, not the ECU you gotta solder it onto, so both for 475 is a good deal

$499 for 2000+
yeah, unless you wana start misfiring and having to buy new coilpacks for way more expensive than spark plugs.
you have 2 choices- get a regapping tool from autozone, it $1 and a child could use it. or get some f6dtc's and you never have to regap them
