well ill try to explain this as best as possible without it getting confusing..

earlier today i was sitting in traffic and the lane beside me opened up.. so i throw her in 1st and accelerate at a good pace and at climax of boost the car was kinda rough/shakey for just a second.. so i didnt think much about it.. chalked it up to driver error..

well a couple minutes ago i was out driving and experienced the same thing again.. but in 3rd gear.. so.. i was like wtf?! and decided to drive around and see if i could diagnose an issue.. well this doesnt happen every time.. its not conistent at all.. but i found that when i get above 14psi the car would kind of stutter and i can hear a clicking/rattling noise.. more towards the clicking sound..

i got the car to do this a couple times it doenst seem gear specific.. did it in 2nd 3rd and slightly in 4th gear.. and it seeems to do it randomly.. but only when im above 14-15 psi..

also .. after i got done test driving around.. i was pulling back into my apt complex.. and the car was pulling super smooth and strong.. i never seem to get above 10-12 psi in 1st gear...but hit 16psi in 1st and 17-18psi in 2nd with no problems. seems kinda weird i never hit those numbers in 1st and 2nd..

so can anyone give me any advice to what this issue and clicking noise might be? i just bought my Forge 007 a couple weeks ago.. and havent had any problems as of yet.. i even changed the spring that in my DV to see if that made a difference and it didnt.. same thing 2 different springs...

Hmm ... I'm not even sure what to think it might be. How many miles does it have on the turbo?

 

does it feel like your tb is closing

 

ya at around 15psi it cuts out/sputters.. below 15psi runs smooth as silk..

any ideas.. really need to try and figure this out..

someone from AZ brought up that it might be the N75H valve.. gone bad already? any experience/opinion on this?

 

its a possibility mine does the same thing once in a while and i have the H valve

 

when did you replace it?

 

i have had the H valve about 3 weeks..

 

Sounds like your ecu is pulling back timing.. What software are you running?

 

I was/am having this issue but between 0-5 PSI in all gears.

What DV do you have?
