Ok so I drove the car for 2 hours after getting the apr 93 chip and the 007 dv, I was driving to a friends house nearby and my check engine light started flashing and my car is running very poor. The engine is below 1k idle, bogging down and i have no accel power. wtf happened im guessing its something with the valve?

 

you probably blew a coil pack, its a common problem after you get chipped

are there such things as good coil packs so this **** doesnt keep blowing?

 

misfire.. get ecu scanned for fault code. if it indicates cyl.1 misfire, swap cyl.1 coil pack with cyl. 2 coil pack. drive. scan for fault codes. if misfire is indicated on cyl. 2, replace coil pack. if misfire doesnt follow the coil pack, replace plugs. end
coil packs were revised for certain years, if it wasnt your year, at least its a new coil pack. I dont see how a chip or any engine modification could affect the life of a coil pack. Id call ita coincidence. Its not firing with any more voltage than what it does when stock. Its just how it is with Audi/VW, coil packs sometime die. My car is on original coil packs at 87k miles, the last14k miles have been chipped. I keep a set of 2 extra in the trunk just in case. Call me ****.

Confirmed it was a bad coil pack. Bought four and replaced em one by one to test em out. It was odd because I replaced one started it and it ran fine, drove around the block boom problem hit again, replaced another one and been driving it with no problems since. Time will tell on this one but I think all is well.
