New 07 A4 2.0T, just got it chipped this afternoon at Race Werks in Va Beach.Nice guys took about 20 mins tops. Wow what a diffrence it made lol. Car pulls harder down low and up top, Def. a awesome mod for those with b7's looking to get chipped. I highly recommend it!

 

Thats awesome. I have a B7 as well, and I have been contemplating getting it chipped. What type did you go with?

 

Its an APR Chip, And it's def. worth it. Got it with 2 maps stock and 93 Oct.

 

If you don't mind me asking, how much did the shop charge for the install?

 

They didnt charge me anything for the install, just for the chip and the 2 maps.

 

It takes time for the ECU to adapt the software. Once it does, u will like it everymore.
Try shifting gears at least 3.5k rpm on normal driving, and keep your rpm always above 2k rpm

 

I am also interested in chipping my 07. What kind of HP gains for your car? What did APR claim for HP gains?
