And it is a very noticeable difference. When my car hits right around 3000rpm, you can really feel the turbo kick in and suck you back in your seat a little bit. It was a pretty good deal too, because achtuning.com had a special for the month on ecu upgrades and a special for today on dv's. So I was able to get the software installed, a new dv installed, and a apr t-shirt for $543 after taxes. It's my first performance mod, and it was worth every penny. As far as performance goes, next install will either be exhaust or cold air intake.

Im guessing you got a APR chip and R1 dv?

Yah, I got the APR Stage 1with a 710N diverter valve.

I've been to achtuning, for some reason I don't really trust those guys. Glad you got a sweet deal though!

Flashing a car only takes a guy and a laptop, its not like they write the files. Then a dv install just about any half wit can accomplish. Dont see why it would worry you

not about chipping, ive already done that. they installed my carbonio intake and left the n75 disconnected so i had to go back because it was hella slow. i dont know to much, but they didnt sound like they knew what they were talkin about.

The n75 isnt even part of the intake (pre MAF), its on the tip (post MAF)

its close to the intake though, and they unplugged it.

and i know i was a loser on that one, im in enough shame from myself []

The n75sits about 10" from the maf and about 4" lower than it. That place sucks

yeah, he reached in there all weird to reconnect it, the engine being warm probably sucked too.

but guess what cincy, im going to buy a fmic kit off ebay next week and my buddy and i are gonna do it, ill be so proud! I'm getting rims on my car to finally! next week is going to be good
