Well I just got my car flashed yesterday at evolution motorsports and I do have to say the performance increase is quite evident. David the Audi V-dub specialist who chipped my car told me the power gain would be felt more in tiptronic mode. Anyway after backing up and just putting it in REGULAR drive I noticed a tremendous difference. The car pulled like normal, then made a loud sound like air being sucked in really hard and then BAM! The car pulled much harder then it harder than before and the engine sounded much louder. I decided to try in tiptronic and was amazed. This is definately, definately not the same car. David said my car should be 180hp now up from 150hp and my turbo psi should be anywhere from 18-20 psi up from 8. WOW anyone who has not chipped a their car yet, do it. This is the best $600 I have ever spent next to my PS3, but that is another forum. I just can't wait to get my intake exhaust. I was told after intake and exhaust my adaptive ecu would be at a 50hp increase not 30hp like without intake and exhaust not to mention the 15hp from the intake and the 15hp from the exhaust. That is 230hp thats almost double the ammount increased from just my chip with the car stock. Anyway I am very impressed and am already addicted. NOW ENTERING THE MONEY PIT!!!

u cannot just stack hp gains from one mod ontop of another. however, yes exhaust will definalty help. there is no way you will get 230hp out of chip exhaust and intake. probably more like 210-215 at the most.

u cannot just stack hp gains from one mod ontop of another. however, yes exhaust will definalty help. there is no way you will get 230hp out of chip exhaust and intake. probably more like 210-215 at the most.

Glad to hear youre pleased with the new mod. I was just as psyced when i got my chip. But, you really shoulda gone with GIAC

Yeah I do know what chip I have it is in my little signature thing I apolagize it was not huge. But yes evoms is only GIAC. From no on I will put the manufacturer in the text as I noticed no one ever pays attention to anything else.
