I just picked up my H&R race springs and I want to ask you guys a question that has been reviewed over and over but I still haven't got my question answered yet so don't chew me up too bad....I wanted to know is there anyone out there or know someone that has race springs on the stock shocks and yes I do know the out come of doing this but its hard sitting here looking at these springs just sit here in my room and waiting for $$$$$ to get the aftermarket shocks, so if your not running this setup or don't know anyone that is this question is not for you because I know what you guys are going to say so please no negative comments please Thanks Oh and yes I have researched

Very few people do this. It really is a waste of money. As soon as you get your new springs installed and pay for an alignment, the old shocks are goign to give out. You'll end up paying for new shocks and an alignment twice. Why waste your money? Sounds like you are just searching for justification to install now rather than wait to do it correctly.

well i know people who have had them on OEM shocks for 6+ months and just started having problems with the shocks. You can do it now but your gonna have to get an allignment now and when you put your new shocks on. Plus you have to remove it again and have to work on your car for at least 6 hours. Id just wait, patience is a virtue. I've been waiting for a while now and as soon as i get my loan im taking out im gonna charge the coilovers, should be within 2-3 weeks. The ****** way the credit score works is gay, thats why im waiting so i don't get raped with a bad intrest rate for my loan.

wtf does it matter if we have done it before? We are"telling" you not to do it because we "know"
what will happen to your stock shocks. I didn't do it cuz I'm not stupid. Doesn't mean I don't know
whats gonna happen. Just wait for shocks.
