Today my k04 came in. Anyway I ant to know if you need a FMIC to intall the k04 as having to shell out $2600 to repair my car and then $1150 on new rims and tires has kinda wore me thin.

 

It would be a good idea to get the most out of your investment. Save some $$$ and do the $150 DIY.

 

Might have been an option but E-bay suspended my ID when I wasa trying to sell my PS3 because I didn't have a pic of my receipt. Even though I had the pic of the receipt till I actually got the PS3 then replaced that pic with one of the actual unit next a piece of paper with my ebay id on it. how much more legit can you get. But evidentally it was not enough. Bastards! Anway thats where I am at with the DIY ebay FMIC

Have a friend or family member order it for you. Or make a new 1 on a different computer.

if you're going to throw a j31 file onthere then yes, you will NEED a fmic due to the psi it will run.. but if you're going to just run a regular giac ko4 file or even a ko3 file then your stock smic is fine

 

It has nothing to do with the computer you made it at and everything to do with what credit card you used. Anyway I do have ways around it I just haven't done it yet.

 

Im tip I need a level 10 tranny for the J31 I am looking to just o a ko4 with larger injectors. Oh what the hell I'll just wait a month get the FMIC from evolution motorsports and then get it installed. In the meantime atleast I still have my exhaust to look forward to in the next and a half. Im just waiting on the high flow cat and that should be her in the next couple of days.
