Well i finally found a car i liked. Black 2001 A4 Quattro Manuel, 55,000 miles. he had it listed for 15,500 which i thought was alot. The guy was very stubborn(sp?) smeemed like he was trying to get me not to buy it lol it was weird. I tried for 14,500.. then eventually moved up to 15,000 and left it at that. he said he will get back to me in a few days. Hopefully all goes well and ill see the car in a few days. Im pretty excited cant wait.. first car.

I got my 2000 with 48000 miles for 15700 CDN + taxes, black on black, was nearly mint, and already chipped.

I wouldnt give him 15K US without seeing the car, thats for sure -- it'd have to be in bloody mint shape for that kinda $$... unless canada is just a cheap place to buy a4's... and I guess i'm forgetting that 01's fetch a bit more $ than 00's... hmm. Regardless, see the car, and check for records! 60K service is just around the corner... at the dealer its over a grand I think (timing belt etc)

I have seen the car, its right around the corner from my house. Its in pretty good condition a ding or two nothing big though. around me this is basically the price for 2001 a4s 15,000-15,500 and im not going to travel more then 50 miles to get a car for a few hundred less, too much hassal.
