will b5 s4 or a4 one piece headlights fit on older b5 models?

 

yes with little trimming of the fenders

 

yup, you have to trim around 1/4" off the inner fender. Then you have to splice the connectors on the headlights, since the new 1 peice headlights have a different harness.
