Hey guys i got a 1997 audi a4 1.8t it has been chipped, exhaust, and all new k & n filters (220 - 225hp). I have beaten various cars such as is 300, 3 series Bmw, and a ton of ricers. I am looking to upgrade my turbo and i was wondering what you guys though on these 2 different kinds and what kind of hp gain am I looking at, also what else will i need to change in my car to get the most out of it.

It all really depends on your budget. Im went with the ko4, its a straight bolt up replacement and very affordable. Giac has a good kit that comes with everything for 1,299 during there christmas special. Also i think 225 is little optimistic on the hp with the ko3 and chip and exhaust. With my old k03 with these mods i was more like 205 to 210. Who are you chipped by?
