when is a front mount actually necessary for audi's? cause i've never had a car with a stock turbo and dont know the limitations of the stock intercooler.

 

Hey bro, im 17 too, my audi is a 2000 1.8t, and i cant tell
you how important it is to get an exhaust, its makes the turbo
spool so much better, the diff is night and day. I hear borla
sounds nice but its 2.25 in i think and the bigger the better with
turbos, but not too big because your driving a car with some class.

And you will get mixed results on the intercooler, some people say
its a nice diff in power, others say its a waste of time with the small
ko3, either way it cant hurt, but check your walled first. GO with exhaust!

 

cool, lol yeah i've gotton past exhaust. it was after that what i was questioning where to go* but i think it got anwsered nicely cause just that stuff alone (exhaust, airbox mod, injectors and boost controller) will be takin what's left of my paycheck for the next couple months lol

wait, u bought your a4 w/ a k04 already in it? if so you just need exhaust, bigger injectors, more aggressive file (for ecu) and FMIC, you will be set...

until you want a stage 3 clutch w/ lwfw and bigger brakes
