I've been searching the forums forsetupsfor k04swap for the 1.8t engine, and it would be nice to see your setups. And what the gain in hp and tq was.

440cc injectors
FMIC
3" exhaust with race cat
to onlything that remains is the biggest thing, and that is the software tune..

 

440cc injectors with a ko4-15 is as pointless as 380cc on a stock turbo [sm=headbang.gif]

 

yhea the may be a bit to large but instead of buying thoose 386cc injectors, why not go with a little bit larger and do the a/f ratio with the software.

 

you might run too rich but if u want to do it no one stopping you
you do there are preset chips for the K04 rite so its almost a plug and play thing

 

You mean with the tt225 injectors?

casue B5 k04s usually 310cc

on the B6 depending on the programming, and you can use either TT225 386cc or bosch 380 or siemen 380

 

depends on what the sw is written for is what you need to do for fueling. Using 440cc injectors your going to need to pull alot of fuel at idle, good luck with that

 

why do u have 440cc injectors? unless your going with an aggressive file stock injectors are fine. pc-16 only uses 310cc and the other aggressive files use about the same. are you running the k04 on your k03 software?

 

well I dont think thats a problem.. a larger maf housing will do the idle work in worste case.Well well I'll see and come back when it's tuned.
