hey everyone i just picked up a 99.5 a4 with a k04 upgrade and nuespeed exhuast with and the nuespeed software, now i know from just reading up on this forum that the nuespeed software sucks and i do agree now in my old 99 a4 i have the giac program with the stock turbo and the car was amazing now my question is with this car i really have to pound the peedle to the floor for the turbo really to kick then it lets off as i ease off the gas myself then i have to floor it again to get the pressure back up....do you think i have a valve broken or is it just the software? thanks for your help....also i know that thier are plenty of post on software to get but i was wondering if anyone heard of mtm software and if oct is good but i really like giac again but on my old car the giac chip went defective after about 8 months and i was without a car for about a week trying to figure out why my car would run when cold and then shut off, found to be a bad chip once that was replaced she was a monster again but i guess i'm just a little scared to go back to giac? whats your thoughts on that? thanks

 

its your software...i don't think neuspeed even has a K04 program, which would mean you're running on neuspeed K03 software...hit up GIAC and get some K04 programming

 

yea neuspeed sucks anyway get the hook up with GIAC

 

valves? NO get that thing tuned right then see wtf is up...

 

I agree switch to the GIAC software for the K04 I know I was happy when I did.
