i was searching the forums to see how people had programmed their remotes and i see that all the people that programmed their own remote had the switchblade key. can i follow this same programming with a seperate remote?

 

Yes, there is basically no difference between the electronic workings of a switchblade remote and the seperate style. Just follow the procedures I have posted about 30 times in this forum, and you'll be fine.
