Kinda New...
Hey I'm kinda new to the whole german engineering world. I drive a 00 Honda Si before but am in the market to get an a4. I was just wondering what companies I should check out for exhaust, dp, ecu, etc. Thanks for all of your input.
Hey bryan, whats up? My personal preference for exhaust is Remus. they make good exhaust that is used on audi's race cars. for downpipes that a hard one, not very many people have them. as for the ecu there are so many different manufacturers, the main ones being APR and GIAC. all the chips are the "same" just find out which company has an installer nearest you. try not to send off to have it chipped unless you have too. One more thing, with an audi, more expensive means better part. Which year and model A4 are you looking at? either way your stock si is faster than both.
hey thanks for the post. I raced a 1.8t a4 and i beat him pretty bad but i want that gt28rs kit atpturbo.com. i mean i dont want to be that fast but i mean 12's would be nice. i want a 97-01 a4 1.8t. should be nice. thanks
