Has anyoe ever heard of the differential or the rear main seal leaking if so is this hard to fix and is it coastly. Also is it hard to change the differential oil and agian is this coastly. Iam trying to sell my car but these problems came up so help would be great. Would either of these cause the clutch to slip. thanks

 

Leaking rear main seal can get onto the clutch causing it to slip...

I am unaware if the manual Audi has a clutch inspection plate, I know most other vehicles do. If so remove the plate and see if there is any oil in there...
