leatherette damage
Yesterday was a sad day for me and my Audi...
I had a piece of metal in a side pocket on my pants. I forgot it was in my pocket and got into the car. When I got out of the car, I saw a nice 12 inch scar across the seat and a few of the perferated holes appear to be stretched, if not mildly torn.
This scar is very noticeable and I can't stand having this kind of war scar on the seat.
Does anyone know where I can could a leatherette (black) replacement skin? Does anyone know how much a skin bottom normally costs?
Thanks!
John

Well I did get to bone her so I guess thats some sort of consellation lol But I'm kind of a perfectionist so that little scar bugs the crap outa me everytime I look at it, makes me wanna toss the entire seat. Good thing its the backseat.

hahaha hey shes not my girl, just a friend with priviliges...Yea why did you not get the right color? Isn't getting the right part the point of going to the dealership in the first place. You could probably of found a replacement backseat at a salvage yard for cheap.
