Thanks, and yeah, it's driven. Tracked, too. I'm just OCD on cleaning the whole car and not just the side you see. My dad was a dick growin up about "A clean car is a happy car". It's easy to clean because I'm changing out track wheels and brake pads pretty much weekly. While being done, it's easy to just clean out the area and keep it looking nice. Once a car is clean, it's easy to keep clean. Buying it new in '04 helped. If I'd bought a used car, I doubt I would've taken the time to get it looking like that first.

 

 

Props, dude. That's sweet. I hope to have full CF trim, which includes the timing belt cover, and the battery tray cover and driver's side bay cover, by the end of the year. If I wasn't doing that, I'd copy your stuff. Looks awesome. like the guy with the silver, maybe try and get that timing cover off. It isn't hard. Paint that to match engine cover, and get a driver's side bay cover from the 3.0 and paint that. That'd be too sweet.

what kind of paint are you all using to paint your engine parts with, that will withstand the heat?? brake caliper paint?? or i think there was a piant made for engine bays but i may be wrong!! let me know.

you can buy them spray cans in any colour at walmart, autozone, pepboys ect. im guessing home depot sells them aswell.

ive been thinking of spraying my V6 cover for some time now, but i just dont know what colour though. red would look stupid for mine becuase my car is all chrome, metalic green and black. i dont know what im gonna do yet tho.
but props to all those engines in here tho!!
