Default lifting question

First timer, trying to change my oil today...

When jacking up the car, where should I place the jack and stands? Seems like there's plastic everywhere underneath the car. I don't want to break anything.

TIA

also take out the 3 screws that hold down the coolant resevoir and move it out of the way for easier access to the oil filter.
