That car is listed everywhere across the US. It's listed in detroit, LA, you name it. There is no phone number to call. I'm not sure what the "sellers" intensions are, but I'm sure it's not to sell an S4 for that price. Maybe to collect email addresses?
The vin checks out, so It's probably from another car.

Combination mean a combination of Highway and City driving. It's probably a scam, if you email they'll be like send the money and ill tell you where it is or something. I found an M3 for like 9500, but he was like right now it's in Austria, but i'll pay for all the shipping and import fees, riiiight. I had a few people try to scam me on the car im selling too.
