just looking for other options, since its going to cost as much if not more to fix the current bumper as it would be to replace it with something new
I was looking at the RS4 kit from http://www.raceonusa.com Has anyone dealt with these guys before?

Yeah. I read the TOS. I have an email into them for a whole sale price list so the bodyshop can order them directly. I don't really want to fork a huge chunk of change at the moment on the front bumper, the side skirts are being paid for by Sears. but since the rest of the paint (hood, rear bumper, side skirts and fenders) will be getting done on the 25th so I'd like to get something by then that the shop can install and paint. The current bumper is shot to hell with rock chips from the previous owner.
I may be able to prep the current bumper myself and save the dosh, I'll talk to the shop tomorrow and see if thats an option. Alternatively If RaceOnUSA seem reasonable tomorrow on the phone I may just go a head and buy it from them.
If i do buy from them I'll keep you posted as to fit and experiences and stuff...
