Well, i wqas driving just a few minutes ago, and everything was great. i came to a stop at a stop sign and smelled something ronchy. i got out of the car, and smoke was BELLOWING out of my exaust, it was everywhere, and it smelled absolutly horrible. i decided to drive the rest of the mile to the store so i could have some light. on the way there, my boost was normal, my temps were normal, it sounded normal, and it drove normal. everything was normal except the smell. when i got there, there was less smoke, but still the horrible smell. now, the smoke is almost gone (the smoke seamed to corrispond with the engine heating up) but the smell is still there but not as strong.

is this just a temporary random thing that will go away or do i have issues?

Did you redline a cold engine or anything you typically dont do? Or were you just cruisin like normaL?

is the borla exhaust new? I believe borla mufflers are glass packs, which means the "muffling" material is fibreglass wadding stuffed into the can. when this stuff gets hot for the first time, it stinks pretty bad. smoke could be caused by any labels that were left on the exhaust piping.

just throwing that out there anyway.

 

could be oil /coolant..

ive seen it happen to cars at the dealership.
