I tried searching like 6 different ways for this but I couldnt find any related threads.

My drivers side wiper makes a loud 'kachunk' noise. It happens right at the transition point where it starts to come back down. The passenger side is fine and barely makes a sound.

The noise is as loud regardless of the speed of the wipers or the amount of rain.

I just got the car and it was "300 point check certified"... and wipers were def. on that list.

I checked the blades and they both seem new, it almost seems as if there is way too much pressure being exerted on the driver side blade.

The noise is pretty loud, and awfully annoying. My 97 civics wipers are silent, I would expect the same from my 02 Audi!!

Anyone else have/had this problem? / any solutions?

 

i had the same problem today....just go to autozone and buy 2 21inch wipers and call it a day

 

Yea the wipers suck, just bought new blades and still don't work good!
