Anyone know why the windshield wipers have loud banging/snapping noises? It only happens when the wipers are on medium or high and at speeds 30mph+. It's rather annoying and even after telling the dealers about it (and replacing the wipers) the problem still exists.

 

I have the same problem on my 04', it does annoy me, but I think it bothers my girl more for some reason.
