How did you send him the $150? I had something similar happen to be before with different items and I was able to get my money back.

 

I sent it through PayPal since I figured paypal was the safest way too make a money transaction.


P.S if you look at the picture of his car yea those are my springs on that car that he stole.

You only have so long to file a claim on money sent. If you are within that timeframe you should win.

They will request shipping confirmations from him on items sent. They will request the "lost Item" claims receipt - since you said he claimed UPS lost the item.

Chances are he won;t be able to produce these fictitious items. You should get at least some of your cash back.
