Default Lowering springs

hey guys i would like to know if its possible to only by lowering spring and keep my audi A4 sports package suspension on...if yes what would be a good brand and will it damage my suspension on a long term?

THX...

Your struts will go very quickly, because they are not designed for the lowering springs.

This is definetely a question that is asked a lot but I'm also curious about the sport suspension. I realize the struts on the normal suspension will go but is this also true for sport?

yes, most shocks that are designed for a higher ride height will quickly deteriorate when lowered.
