Hey guys do you know any website besides ebay and k2motor where I can buy a m3 lip spoiler for my a4 I already purchased one off k2motor but there asking for a photocopy of my credit card + photo id so i said f*ck that this is for sure a scam and told them to cancel my order plus now I learned k2 motor gives you a rubber spoiler. So if you know any sites where i can get the spoiler for a good price let me know

You could go to a BMW dealer. It can even be prepainted. Anywhere else its still gonna be a rubber replica. I bought one from k2motor, surprised they're trying to scam you lol.

 

no way screw the bmw dealership I live in canada and they are $165 just for the m3 spoiler (primed) then another $60 to paint

 

i found an OEM M3 spoiler on craigslist for 50 bucks and had it resprayed...check craigslist and some of the more popular BMW forums.

 

I got mine from this guy on Ebay and it is really good quality. It's real carbon fiber and not cheap rubber. The guy ships really fast too. Just email him and tell him what car you have and he will have it.

They probably arent trying to scam you, but prevent you from getting scammed. There is a lot of fraud that goes on on ebay. Most all lip spoilers are rubber or some kind of polyeurathane. Some are just not as high quality as others.

 

bought mine form K2motor.com ... was cheap rubber one.. but after 2 paint jobs turned out ok..

 

Arb - I had to do that too for a few companies in the US cuz I live in Ottawa. They do that because if you scam them they can track you down. They verify your CC's address against your driver's licence address. I order a lot of stuff online

Pure MS is really good about shipping over the boarder, they will ship USPS to avoid duties. You can probably pick the same one up on ebay for $20, but this one painted really well and has a good look.
