Default Made an offer on a 2002 audi a4

Hey guys,

Just finalized on a (b6) 2002 audi a4 dolphin grey with 52000 miles. Its got the platinum/grey interior, sport pkg and all. No xenon wanted it thought....still want it...trying to figure out how...Getting it for 17 K. Did i get a good deal???? Anyways, its Auto do i need to watch out for anything with this model. I know i gotta take a trip to the forum terms and frequently used words section to familiarize myself with the lingo. I couldnt wait though...Im excited...Anyways,,,look forward to getting to know the community. I cant wait for my 1st meet with this ride. I have an 2001 acura cl, still love it , but admired this from a afar.

17K for a 2002... 52,000... sounds about right. Considering I sold my 2002 Escape (fully loaded) for 20K with 40,000kms on it...

One thing not mentioned (and as you get around here... you'll notice it's the main feature of all Audi's) is it Quattro or FrontTrak?

good deal considering the mileage. i paid 20K for my '01 with 28K on it, so it's relative...bummer its an auto. That would end my deal right there.

Realistically, how often do you adjust the seats?

You can always upgrade to xenons.

Default Rumbling coming from the car

Yeah you're right...I wonder how to upgrade to the ones that auto adjust, like the option when you buy it straight from AUdi????....Anyways I have another question....I picked it up today, and it makes a rumbling in the first few gears like I have a performance header or an exhaust system.....Is this normal for a 1.8 quattro T...auto... Im concerned...i was thinking maybe the tranny is going bad....FYI it was like this when i test drove it too...PLease Help and re-assure me this was a good buy....
