Default Max Stock Boost?
Anyone know what the max stock boost is for 2000 a4 1.8tq?

min and max stock boost is supposedly 7-8psi. I heard of guys that are chipped and have a n75 race valve seeing 21psi, but I wouldnt recomend that on a stock turbo/IC system.

2000 a4 1.8tq stock bost goes about 35-40psi. depend on how much gas you got in tank and the color of your car.

I used the have about 33.85psi with half a tank with my Blue B5

Am I right ?

If you don't believe me, search it.

I agree... If you have shiny chrome rims, those are the best - with spinners lots of PSI there.

I think you are a little off on your #'s there.. My 2000 boosts at 86psi at WOT.. You must have a boost leak with your blue B5?

hmmm you are right I think.... accually your car is silver so you already have extra 30psi over my Blue audi. I'll check for the boost leak.

Yeah I really am liking the silver package... Only thing is, once I hit the rev limiter at 13k rpm, I spike to 93 psi and my lcd info display goes blank. I think my control arms are the culprit.
