i would like to see someone with a ko4 try it. i guess it might help out with a k03 because it will lower the intake temps a lot but i dont think it will help out with running more boost

 

My friends at Northeast Turbo has a low ten-second Turbo Trans-Am, and he is running the meth setup. He is using 87 octane and installs the setup on almost every car he works on. Great and efficient way to lower temps. His friend with a Supercharged non-intercooled Mustang is running the meth setup and pumping out 550 to the wheels. It lowered his temps by 60 degrees without the intercooler!

 

Just talked to Scott @ USRT about this on the phone. I asked him if it would be beneficial on the stock turbo. His answer was absolutely! A small sized stock turbo is practically breathing fire into your engine because its working so hard. You can never have your air temps too low, so you would get quite a benifit from dropping the temps down. It would also be worth it, because if you do decide to go Big Turbo someday, you already have the Water/Meth kit.. so it would still benefit you. I would order directly from them if you plan on doing this.. great customer service!

 

my mate uses meth and he swears by it ( much better the beer he says and gives him more hrs per day ) j/k
