for my gt2871r should i go with the unitronic or mika?

 

I assume you have 2000 A4.

I use Unitronics for 9 months and no problems so far.

 

which injectors are you running

 

440cc. it is what Unitronics recommend.

 

I thought everyone was having problems with Uni's dbw files ('00-'01)

 

but then again no one seems to like mika either lol my vote would be uni

 

well most people will say that mika sucks ***** and uni is the way to go. but i ran mika and had 0 problems with it. and i tried just about everything short full standalone. but mine wasnt full mike. i had my own injectors 550cc. and just ran there programing with a lemiwicks tune

 

You are right. 2 people got huge problems with Unitronics because of dbw. Problem was related with timing. Unitronics tried to fix it and updated it 2 or 3 times. I do not know what happen at the end. They are at az. search it you can find info about unitronics with dbw.

 

yeah uni is suckin it big time with the dbw

 

so many different opinions.... can i just take it to the local vw/audi tuning shop( Induktion) and have them tune and flash my ecu with something what are all my options?
