IMO Id get either one... Sort of a toss up. The milltek is more expensive, more mellow sounding and better fiment i think... But the borla is less expensive, more loud (but not rice) and ive heard of fitment issues with it, at least for the B5, dont know about B6. I probably would have gone with brola had they made a cat back system for fwd.

Ya I was a big fan of arif's borla when he had it.... Borla and Milltek are deffinately the top 2 youd want to debate buying for your car if you dont go custom.

can you do me favor? measure your stock mufflers dimensions? like length and width of both muffs. I'm trying to put together a custom exhaust but i dont know what size to get... thanks bro.
I measured the milltek dimensions because im guessing you were asking because you are going to make a custom setup... Here you go:

Are the fit issues with the borla B5 2.25" for the Quattro 5spd or FWD specifically?

Think the 2.5" Techtonics Tuning kit with Borla mufflers will be closer to Milltek's mellow growl than the 2.25"?

thanks...
