hey could anybody tell me if the following mods will show a cell or not pass inspection with my 2001 a4 1.8t w/ borla exhaust ?? thanks

i know the test pipe will show a cell unless i do the spark plug thing but will it pass inspecton ??

Depends on the state and the inspector. $50 bucks goes a long way in some places. Other states dont even look at the car.
