I got the lltek on my 01 2.8, good size shield and it feels like the engine just breathes better, also gives a nice sound, lil better throttle response but nothing crazy, overall i like it though

 

Get a good exhaust, I went custom bent with a resonator & remus muffler, & it sounds great. Not only does it reduce back pressure, it reduces weight by at least 40lbs. Not only are the stock resonator & muffler huge, they're really heavy.

 

Becarefull going custom. If you loose too much back pressure you'll loose your lowend power.
