Thermal R&D Cat Back or Oettinger or AWE?
Which would be most worth the money?

What other mods would give the most performace. Or should I say the best combination

I haven't had a single mod. yet and I'm thinking about starting to mod my car.

I plan to spend around 3-4k

A4 1.8T Silver 05

hold your horses bro. Just to let you know..modding your car will probably void your warranty. Check with your dealer or call audi before you add a mod. Some mods are fine while others kill your warranty. If that's not something you're worried about..then its open season. Also, consider break-in period for you car. Don't think you want to start adding performance mods to a car that's not even broken in yet(this is just my intuition). So with those two things said..happy hunting

I have 3000 on my car already
Past its break in period.
I was thinking if I actually need to change my engine oil first.

I haven't really thought about the warranty...

I went with revo flash for not wanting to void warranty. Because the dealer will not know it is there.
I now know that they will not find the revo flash because my ecu went bad and the dealer did not find it and they sent it to audi and they did not bother to check the files on the ecu because there was no chip on the bord.
You may want to look in to that.

I was thinking of getting a GIAC chip w/ a flash program as well
I was planning to reprogram it to stock whenever I visted the dealer.

I've been hearing alot about REVO chips...
Can you tell me more about it?

Yea dude i have apr 50min from my house and i am soo happy i cant wait to drive up there and get it where do you live? The apr dealer is just on the ny nj border

when I say the cities it means the twin cities MN, st. paul and mini. sorry for the confusion. damn I wish I lived somewhere that didn't suck! closest APR dealer is in chicago about 6 hours from me. Only thing wisconsin has is a crazy mah and pah audi parts seller that just happens to be #1 distributer in the nation...or so their weakass website claims. Man it would be so slick to get together with someone from this forum..alas, I'm the only Eau Claire resident with an Audi that's under 50 years old.

if u get an exhaust it shouldnt void your warrenty, and look up revo and the sps 1, and the warrenty can save your *** in the future
