depends alot on where you live. i'm in nj so i pay rediculously high rates.

37 y.o., clean record, 2 vehicles ('00 A4 & '03 X5) << ~$3000/year for both.

Lauren ... fyi ... State Farm SUCKS! i was with SF for almost 20 years when I wrecked my car (minor) and their handling of the claim was beyond worthless. AND, when the body shop f'd up my paint job (peeling) they refused to go to bat for me to get it restripped and repainted. So much for 20 years worth of insurance payments!

So once that happened I switched to Geico and saved a bunch of money (almost $1500/yr cheaper!!).

NJ

25YO

$191.00 month

$2292.00 per year

No points

1 accident 4.5 years ago

I switched to Geico and saved a bunch of money on my car insurance. I was paying almost $3000 on my mom's policy.

This state sucks I need to get out of it.

NJ

23 y/o

1 fender bender 3 years ago.

$220 mo for full coverrage on '00 A4 and min coverage on '90 Pathfinder

Geico was 200 more per year than my current insurance (USAA only covers military).

I would love to be able to move.

18 yo
PA
Geico
Fleet of about 8-9 cars

I live in NJ but I have my car reg/ins in PA. I have a residence there also.

$1278 yr

I'm ineligible to get a NJ license, if I were able too, my insurance would be in upwards of 6k a yr in NJ.

I have no point or accidents in PA, all the incidents I had were in NJ and for some reason PA doesn't see any of my previous incidents.

Statistics I recently saw were that girls (especially in the 16-21 brackets) cause more accident than guys. I am talking slightly more like only a couple per thousand, but someone was telling me this will be reflected in insurance policies soon.
