milltek is a good company for exhaust for sure I would have picked up one if they had a dealer in Canada

 

Stratmosphere is a good site, clconv I'm in Germany and I called stratmosphere and asked if they shipped to Germany and he said it'd be too expensive. He refered my to a Milltek dealer in Scotland which is a bit closer. I paid in pounds which is a bit expensive but still, I love the exhaust system and good cust service from Stratmosphere.

check the toward the bottom of the page in the link. they have a sound clip. Might be a little loud for my taste but it sounds better then stock.

what I just noticed is that with slight moding you could take the b5 1.8 exhaust and put it on the 2.8, non quattro.[sm=happy046.gif]

 

except that the 1.8 is a turbo, and the 2.8 is not.
No turbo= Top Fuel Dragster sound levels....

 

two mufflers and a long pipe? And have you ever been to a top fuel drag, have fun matching that sound level.

 

What I meant was that if you run just straight pipe off the exhaust, cars with a turbocharger doing the spooling off exhaust gasses will be loud as hell, but not as loud as it would be if you were to use straight pipe off a NA car.... the noise is unbelieveable.
And yes, I have seen TFdragsters in action, so I do understand I am exaggerating slightly when I compare the sound levels of each. but I am only trying to point out the difference a turbocharger makes on exhaust noise.
