Well, you don't give many options now do you. I would say replace your N75 valve and DV to ensure that you're getting the full pontential from your chip mod. Also, I would look for an additive from Justice Bros.called Heavy Duty Vehicle. It's an oil additive that seriously removes friction in your motor, to allow it to spin more freely, in turn providing a little more power. In my personal experience with building race motors, its definitely a difference you can feel by the seat of your pants. It's not a night and day difference, but can be felt is less effortless the car is to get it to go.

There's always the good old fashioned port & polish the intake and/or exhaust manifolds.

How about a virtual exhaust system? Check out ATP's. This one's not for me but alot of guys like them.

Good maintenace helps too: new plugs, clean throttle body, new fuel filter, clean injectors, etc., etc.

the spare tire thing is a great idea but if you have a system in your truck that also kills it.. my speaker box weighs about 125lbs its like having my gf in my trunk at all times plus 10lbs.. when i had my passat and took out the box thier was a huge difference, nght and day almost, with the box i would floor it and it would just take off, with out the box when the turbo kicked in the tires would spin and break loose through second..

but i would do DV N75 H valve or J valve, (the H might give your some surging) also no one said anything about a test pipe, thats a good mod, also try porting and polishing your intake..

Sounds like you need to put your g/f on the funions diet. Your family phots must look like- "Oak tree meets twig"

RLB6- they dyno'd a couple different cars/engines with several different "performance" additives and noticed no increase in power, and noted that some additives create sludge.
