my passenger side stays up every time. used to be the diver's, but i'm still trying to realign my bumper. anyway, it gets caught on the bumper on the way down. touch it, a slight nudge and it drops into place. not the safest way. there's alot of power pulling down.

What exactly did you do to stop the leak on the coolant flange? Mine was leaking since I bought it two years ago. A few months ago when I did the t-belt I replaced the flange and the o-ring, but it continued to leak. A couple days ago I took it apart again, cleaned it, put and o-ring in, gooped it with some RTV sealant, and let it set up for a day anda half. Still leaks! I'm thinking about finding someone with a 5-axis milling machine that can mill the flange out of aluminum... but I'm sure that wouldn't be cheap (unless I could mass produce them...hmmmm)

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

are you sure its the coolant flange then? cuz mine just needed the o-ring replaced but i went ahead and replaced the whole flange since it was only 18 bucks. works perfectly now
