The thermometer in the Audi says 30* this morning. It's not too bad but it's windy.

The job situation in Tahoe isn't the best anymorefor people who live here. They're making it even harder for locals to stay here. Most locals are selling their properties and buying down in the Minden/Gardnerville area. Tahoe brings in a lot of foreign exchange students for work at the casinos/ski resorts etc...
It was getting to where it would take me 45 minutes to make a 25 minute drive across town, worse when it was 4th of July/New years or if there was snow on the ground. Plus blowing my driveway out 3 times a day was getting old fast. I lived here for 16 years and love the place but it's just too crowded now.
