Question. What is the most awhp someone has gotten with the gt28r setup. How much psi can u run with this turbo?

oh sorry i forget that sometimes. ITs a 2003 a4 1.8t and its manual with stock internals. I also have evo intake and fmic and new dv valve and awe exhaust

The average i have seen for a 28r is ~270-280fwhp. So that would be 250-260awhp. Add water/meth and/or race gas and you should see 280-290awhp.

Safe zone would not go over 20-21psi. More power with more boost but more risk.

yep about 22psi, 24-25 should be about tops for a 28r.

depends on the mods, should be around 22psi which is easy for this turbo.

so i have the awe gt28r turbo kit the awe exhaust evo intake and fmic with forged dv valve. u think i should dyno around 250awhp? at 22psi
