Has anybody every heard of Moven wheels. They look pretty high quality (and their price definitely suggests so). But they are much better priced than many other wellknown tuner wheels. How do you guys think this would look on a Black B6 A4?

those are hamann replicas, which are BMW wheels, i say go wit something else unless u feel strongly about them. Movens are alrite, they are not high quality stuff they just make replica wheels

 

^^ I 2nd that, if you don't have the money for the BBS or other real expensive ones,

try ADR or AXIS (my favorites)

or FLIK which are def cheaper than those.

 

thanks for the feedback. I felt that way - believe it or not, these wheels are selling for 3 and change per wheel. Are ADRs good quality?

 

SSR also makes some pretty sick wheels. They are somewhat pricey but are pretty sweet.

 

is that MSRP? or is that price from an actual seller? I bought my custom drilled 18" Axis wheels for about $1550 with no name tires- just to give you something to compare to.

As to the quality of ADR - not quite sure, I don't think anyone has them on this forum? Nothing special I'm assuming.

ya i would go with fliks. i bought a set yesterday. the silver wasps. i think they look good and are VERY cheap.

 

FYI, SSR is actually a high end wheel company, not really in the same ballpark as ADR/Axis LoL...

True, some are less expensive than BBS/VOLK/(insert expensve wheel here), but they are also more of a "JDM" fanboi thing, if you know what I mean. Euros with SSR = less common than JDM cars, especially Nissans and Hondas.

Plus, they don't sell SSR at Les Schwab...[&:]


To the original poster, those wheels are pretty okay, nothing to get excited about though. Good price for 19s, but they are cast alloy... If that even bothers you.

hey guys digging up this thread again, I just picked up a set of moven rims from a friend of mine for dirt cheap for 5 wheels. Great deal and they fit nice on my 2008 b7 A4, my only problem is that I'm not sure on the size tire I should hang on them. the rims are 18x8.5, any suggestions?
