Looks like those codes have been in there since prior to the crash. There are crash related signals recorded.

Check to see if you have fuel pressure.

Where are you located? I don't believe that US cars have an immobilizer in them, though I am more familiar with the B5.

EPC is engine power conrol (ie electronic throttle).

Don't know what the Circle/triangle is.

Record the codes, clear them, do a throttle body adjustment ( car in on position for 5 minutes, don't touch the gas) and see if it works.

Stupid question...but is there gas in the tank and is it fresh?

thanks for steering me in some new direction, how do i adjust the throttle body cause i really think its fuel pressure or possible the immobilizer that is stoping the gas flow. any vag-com tricks that will allow me to do this electronically

thank you so much

no VAG tricks here mate the air bags went off so you need a new airbag ECU if not already replaced then you need to do a full system check, fuses/relays/alarm/immobiliser/key chip coding, that's what happens when you buy a wreck and what you have to consider in the cost get a tech involved

Default huh airbag ecu

so you think i need a new airbag ecu before my car will respond?

where do i find the airbag controller? i already took both the front bags out.

can i reprogram it with vagcom?

do i need new bags or ca i just used a reprogrammed ecu to get my car started?

any more info helps so much

i love learning about my audi

airbags do effect the starting of the car because they shut down the fuel system and other things that contribute are the crank/cam sensor do (as its a front ender damage) is there a spark from the plugs?? does the fuel pump cycle when ignition turned on? is the battery ok??

avant80 your alright thanks i think this is the problem too.

i left the plug out and turned it over and i am getting constant spark.
i think the airbag module has shut down my fuel system like you said. can i reprogram my airbag module and reset it with vag com cause some guy said he could reset it for 150 bucks.. if he can can i with my laptop.
so where do i go from here? do i pull the airbag ecu out and replace it? probably expensive right?

what you think

thanks again

remove the airbag ecu then try again (ensure there is power to the injectors) by using a NOID light or multimeter,

Default RE: huh airbag ecu

first turn the ignition on but don't start the engine (listen for the fuel pump to cycle bringing the pressure up) if nothing then your in the right area for the fault
