My 450/4 is finally in... jeebus!
the /# is just how many channels it has....wattage is always listed as total......shok, do you know what the hell the difference is between regular wattage and RMS wattage??
Naw 450 means 450 watts, and the /4 means split 4 ways... the 500 is 500 watts, and /1 means its mono.
I am, unforunately, getting some whine/feedback right now... which is rediculous, considering my RCA interconnects are TOP OF THE LINE. They should be impervious to such bullsh!t. Time will tell... maybe it's something to do with my amp. That'd suck ***.

Looking at the pics from the first post, it looks like they already are.

I went there today, he was too busy... with volume at 0, there is no feedback, with volume at 1, there is feedback... so, the problem has to be between the deck, and the amps... which basically says RCA's. My RCA's are worth about 150 dollars a pair... they are top end... I'd imagine they are shielded well enough. I have a nagging suspicion one of them got crimped, when the installer was doing the re-wiring.
Crimping wires that cost that much... scares me.
EDIT: Oh, and call me crazy... but I just put my S4 door skins on, with factory bose speakers... and yeah, it sounds pretty pimp. Keep in mind, my stock door skins are housing Alpine SPX-137R's... thats top of the line alpine (before F1). I know, I'm confused too.
I've always preached that all you bose guys gotta do is buy a better amp... now I am living by my advice. I cannot decide which speakers sound better... my 440 dollar alpines, or the stock bose. The alpines definately have crystal clear highs... but they have NO mid-bass. The bose have MUCH better midbass, and the highs are louder, but I dont think they are as clear. DECISIONS DECISIONS. The feedback is still my main concern.
