Default My A4 (B6) 1.8T 2004 Ultra Sport Pckg

Hi to all!! This is my first post. I have been for a while looking at the forum and I find it pretty neat. I am kind of new to cars in the sense I want to start modding mine! I am worry about warranty, but still I want to put at least a Turbo Timer and a Boost Gauge. Any opinion on what else is good or should do... and how to will be great!

Some pictures of my car:
- New at December 2003
- Hardwire Radare
- Pocket Pc
- Tint recently (September 2004)
- Night Shot

Thanks. Hey! I want to get into mechanics and car tuning. How is the best approach to learn about modding your car? I am just a computer guy... I can help mostly with electronics, but I don't know anything about making my car more powerful. How should I start? HOW MUCH MONEY TO PUT ON FOR STARTERS???...

The amount of money really depends on what you plan to accomplish. 500 bucks and you could chip your car to squeeze an extra 30-38 hp out of it (per giacusa.com). You have many options, exhaust, intercooler, bigger turbos, and the list goes on and on. Do some searching around and i'm sure you'll find what you're looking for.

Well, let's make this official...

Welcome to the forum HyperPlus!

This is a great site. We keep the dialogue friendly and the attitude positive. The info is well received by all and we are here to help anyone with questions about their Audi or related subjects. It is a great site to find camaraderie with other "Audiphiles", too. I hope you find it to your liking.

If you're not familiar with this forum and the vocabulary, please click HERE or you can, at any time, go to the "New Member Welcome Area" forum and click on the "START HERE!" post at the top of the forum. There you will find a forum vocab list, an Audi forum terminology list and an Audi lexicon list. They should be very helpful to you if you're not familiar with the jargon.

Please feel free to ask any question, but double check the archives first. Many questions have been archived and, quite often, the answers are comprehensive.

If you want to notify us about a personal problem with the site or file a complaint about a particular member, please feel free to PM the Admin, me, or any other moderator. We will keep your PM confidential and respond as soon as possible. Otherwise, please feel free to post public messages about the forum on the "Forum Issues" forum (found at the bottom of the main menu). It is there that we prefer you "test" your sig, too.

We all welcome you and hope you find this sight informative and enjoyable.
