^^^^ thats how I've gotten out of 3 tickets... I dont know why or how, but the same county lost all paperwork pertaining to my citations 3 times now.

ProOnThaSnow, what county are you in? I guess Pro's county is the best place to go to if you feel the need for speed.

 

well, it was when I lived in western washington. I lived in Snohomish county but those three incidents happened in Skagit. One time I was toying with a Porsche 911 in my Integra (I know it was faster than me, I just wanted to see HOW fast), and we both got picked up for speeding, because neither of us was really racing, when the judge called my name, he asked what I had to say about it, and I said I felt like I was being profiled for Driving a Honda/Acura, and that the porsche went flying past me, and the cop pulled us both over, me for being in the wron place at the wrond time. He then said "well, the affidavit the officer wrote has come up missing, so you're off scott free, have a good weekend". And that was that, the other 2, the Judge called my name (along with a couple others) at the beginning of court, and said we were all good to go, and that all our paperwork had been misplaced.
